Please read these terms carefully before using Meloy.in or placing an order.

1. Business Information

By accessing Meloy.in, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Availability
Meloy sells lifestyle essentials, home and living products, desk essentials, drinkware, organizers, gifting products, accessories and other curated products. Product availability may change without notice.
We try to show product details, prices, images, colors, dimensions and descriptions accurately. Minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, product batches or supplier changes.
3. Pricing
All prices on the website are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may change without prior notice. Shipping charges, offers and discounts will be shown at checkout or in the order summary.
Free shipping is available on eligible orders above ₹999 unless a specific product, pin code or campaign states otherwise.
4. Orders
Placing an order means you are making an offer to buy the selected products. Meloy may accept, reject or cancel an order if there is a stock issue, payment issue, pricing error, suspicious activity, duplicate order, serviceability issue or incorrect customer information.
Order confirmation may be sent through email, SMS, WhatsApp or the website order page.
5. Payments
Meloy uses Razorpay as the payment gateway. Customers may pay using UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other options shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is currently not available unless it is clearly shown as an option at checkout.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation and successful payment. Expected delivery is around 2 days within Kerala and around 3 days across India, but actual delivery may vary by location and courier partner.
Meloy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, public holidays, incorrect addresses, remote service areas or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Meloy does not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference or accidental ordering. Return, replacement or refund requests are considered only for damaged, wrong, missing, defective or materially mismatched products. Damage or missing product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with order ID, product photos, packaging photos and a clear unboxing video where required.
8. User Accounts
Users may sign in using WhatsApp OTP, Google sign-in or other options provided on the website. Users are responsible for keeping their account details secure.
Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, email address, delivery address, pincode and other information needed to complete the order.
9. Gift Orders
If Send as a Gift is selected, Meloy may hide the price from the receiver where possible. The purchaser invoice will be available digitally from the website or order account.
10. Intellectual Property
The Meloy name, logo, website content, product images, banners, designs, graphics, copy and brand materials belong to Meloy or its licensors. They must not be copied, reused or modified without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Meloy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from website use, courier delay, payment gateway delay, incorrect customer details or events outside our control. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to Terms
Meloy may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website and will apply from the date of publication.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to applicable Indian laws and appropriate jurisdiction.
