Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Meloy checks products before dispatch and packs orders with care. Our return policy is limited because we sell curated lifestyle products sensitive to handling, hygiene, packaging and transit conditions.

Effective Date: 08 July 2026

1. No Change-of-Mind Returns

Meloy does not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, accidental ordering, dislike of colour after delivery, or ordering the wrong product by mistake.

2. Eligible Claim Cases

You may contact Meloy for resolution if the product received is:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item sent
  • Missing from the order
  • Defective on arrival
  • Materially different from the product description

3. Claim Time Limit

Damage, wrong item or missing product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting proof. Claims reported after this period may be declined if verification becomes difficult.

4. Proof Required

For damage or missing product claims, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the parcel / outer packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Clear unboxing video recorded from before opening the parcel

A clear unboxing video may be required to approve damage or missing item claims. If the video is not available, Meloy may review other proof but may decline the claim if the issue cannot be verified.

5. Resolution Options

After reviewing the claim, Meloy may offer replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit or another reasonable solution depending on the issue and stock availability.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 4–8 working days from approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on Razorpay, your bank, UPI app, card issuer or payment method used.

7. Cancellation and Order Changes

To cancel, change address, change product or make any other order modification, contact Meloy as early as possible at hello@Meloy.in or WhatsApp +91 79091 81311.

Meloy will try to help if the order has not been packed or dispatched. Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

8. Gift Orders

For gift orders, the price may be hidden from the receiver where possible. The buyer can download the invoice digitally from the website account.
