Payment Policy

Meloy uses Razorpay for online payments. Customers may pay using UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets or other payment modes shown on the checkout/payment page.

An order is processed only after payment confirmation is received. If your payment is debited but the order is not created, please contact Meloy with:

• Screenshot of the payment
• Payment/transaction ID
• Date and time of the transaction

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently active unless it is clearly shown as an option at checkout. Meloy may introduce COD in the future.

If a payment fails or is duplicated, Meloy will verify the transaction and coordinate a refund or reversal where applicable. Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary. Approved refunds are typically processed within 4–8 working days.

Invoices and bills are available for download from your account page on Meloy.in after your order is placed. GST details will be updated once Meloy completes GST registration, if applicable.

Online payment information is handled through Razorpay and its banking/payment partners. Meloy does not store your card numbers, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password with anyone claiming to be from Meloy. Meloy will never ask for these details.
