Everything you need to know about how we ship your order and what to do if something goes wrong.

Shipping — Dispatch Time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation and successful payment. Dispatch may take longer during high demand, product checks, public holidays, courier delays or operational issues.

Meloy ships from Kozhikode, Kerala to serviceable locations across India.

Shipping — Delivery Time

  • Within Kerala: approx. 2 days after dispatch
  • Across India: approx. 3 days after dispatch
  • These are estimates and may vary by pincode, location and courier partner.

Shipping — Charges

Shipping charges depend on your delivery location, pincode, parcel size, weight and courier partner. The applicable charge will be shown at checkout.

Free shipping on eligible orders above ₹999, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping — Tracking

After dispatch, Meloy will share tracking details via your account page, email, SMS or WhatsApp. Since Meloy uses manual courier dispatch, tracking information may be updated manually after the order is handed over to the courier.

Shipping — Address Accuracy

You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address, pincode, mobile number and landmark. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.

Shipping — Delivery Delays

Meloy will try to dispatch orders promptly, but courier delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, strikes, remote locations, operational issues or other conditions outside Meloy's control.

Shipping — Damaged Parcel at Delivery

If the parcel looks damaged, opened or tampered with at delivery, please take photos before opening and record a clear unboxing video. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to hello@Meloy.in.

Returns — No Change-of-Mind Returns

Meloy does not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, accidental ordering, dislike of colour after delivery or ordering the wrong product by mistake.

Returns — Eligible Claim Cases

You may contact Meloy for resolution if the product received is:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item sent
  • Missing item from the order
  • Defective on arrival
  • Materially different from the product description

Returns — Claim Time Limit

Damage, wrong item or missing product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period may be declined if verification becomes difficult.

Returns — Proof Required

Please share all of the following:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the parcel / packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Clear unboxing video recorded before opening the parcel

A clear unboxing video may be required to approve damage or missing item claims. If the video is unavailable, Meloy may review other proof but may decline the claim if the issue cannot be verified.

Returns — Resolution Options

After reviewing the claim, Meloy may offer replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit or another reasonable solution depending on the issue and stock availability.

Returns — Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 4–8 working days from approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on Razorpay, your bank, UPI app, card issuer or payment method.

Cancellation and Order Changes

To cancel, change address, change product or make any other order changes, contact Meloy as early as possible at hello@Meloy.in or +91 79091 81311.

Meloy will try to help if the order has not been packed or dispatched. Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
